I’m tired and am going up to bed. I ate too much for dessert and now I’m annoyed with myself. I will do better tomorrow.

Getting to Goal 
Yesterday must have been the day for we members to be annoyed. I, too made sove over indulgent choices. Mindful is the word today for me. Good luck.
