This page is dedicated to curating tips and tools that I have found useful on the journey. If you have any to share, please leave a comment! Many of the suggestions I’m sharing are coming from my fellow Weight Watchers members, my amazing leader, Bonnie, and from what I’ve read and tried out on my own.

Tip #1 Find Your #WHY

The first thing I had to learn was to understand why I’m doing this. If you want to read more about the power of why click here.

A Good Recent Find Meet the Meal Builder

A tool’s intention is to fix a problem. Here is one that was suggested by my leader, Bonnie, the Meal Builder.  I have used it and found it very helpful. It helps me to organize and plan for the week.

Meal Builder
Definitely worth a try, so click this link to download: https://gettingtogoalmypersonaljourneytoweightloss.files.wordpress.com/2018/02/ww_worksheet_1017.pdf

Here is a downloadable link so you can type into the planner. I revised it so you can add links to recipes. You can just click and go.

Meal Planner

Be sure to rename this as you  “MAKE A COPY” UNDER FILE before you type into it (or else everyone will see it)!
