The Power of “Re”…

A new plan offers up a fresh start, and it really paid off this week, I lost 3.8 pounds. Pretty sweet.

Rewriting My Why…

WW recommends that members write down your “why”. I’ve maintained that reason why I’m on this journey for life was because I wanted energy and confidence. Being able to move freely in the world, feeling like I was apart of it all. Just being comfortable to take pictures is life changing. This is all possible, for me, because I lost the weight. I don’t have to go back, I can manage it from here. That is my “why”. I believe I can do it, because I believe in me.

  1. I have to say that I was empowered when I read your post for the first time a few days ago. I’d started a blog to keep for my WW journey as well. I was motivated to go back to it and make a commitment to look at it as therapy and possibly something others can use. So I started writing a couple of days ago and it’s been so great! It has me more engaged in my life and my journey! Thank you for sharing your journey online. I haven’t had a chance to look at previous posts but the last few really spoke to me. My drama has been squelching my effort. I rewrote my “why” after I attended my meeting on Wednesday and learned about the new plan. I will keep in touch with your posts as another tool to use as a rope for a seemingly blind woman to lead me back to goal. Thanks again!

    1. Yes, you can do it! I write because it helps to keep me engaged. I write because I want to connect with other people and create community around this journey because it is (let’s face it) difficult at times. I write in the hopes that even if people never reach out in return maybe it helps. Thank you, for sharing. If you share your blog, I’ll read your posts as well. Thank you, so much.
