Day Three Hundred-Twelve…

If you do one thing for yourself today be happy with your progress. Even if today was not a great day on plan, the very fact that you are reading this post, and thinking about your weight loss goals, that is a small victory.  Weight loss is an intimate kind of thing and it’s nuanced. Even when it’s going well and people start to notice and then remark on physical changes it can be uncomfortable. Then there are other days when people notice and that feels amazing. It’s complicated…  know I can do this and so can you.
