A Non-Scale Victory (NSV) happened today! I could wear these brown boots my sister gave me and they were actually a little loose around the calf. I am really making this happen and that is crazy good. I also notice I have a lot more energy and it’s easier to make the choices that are getting me closer to goal.

I’m not sure where “goal” will land for me. I plugged in a number in the app, and it feels a little arbitrary. I think I have to wait and see how I feel, and how I look to know what “goal” should be for me. Even the fact that I’m starting to think about this seems unreal.

I think about you reading this post and it fills me with hope and happiness. I don’t know where you are on your journey, but if you trust that it’s a journey of a lifetime rather than a journey to “Lifetime” it opens you up to discoveries about yourself that are greater than a smaller size. The more I open myself up to this experience the more expansive my perspective is becoming. It sounds heavy I know, but it’s the truth.

I hope you believe you can do this because you can do this. Join up with positive people who believe in you, and then you can be that positive person in their lives.  In the meantime, I’m here for you, even if we have never met, I still wish it for you because I understand. We all joined Weight Watchers (or are trying to lose weight on our own) to change our lives for the better. I’m just like you. I hope that brings some comfort to you on the journey.

There are so many people in the world who fail to see beauty in the world, within each other, and even within themselves. Be the one who sees it, who believes in it, and just sit back and watch how quickly change comes.
