More people are noticing my weight loss. It’s funny how all of a sudden people look at you and say, “How much weight have you lost?” While I appreciate the support, I can honestly say the thing that is driving me is the way I feel.
I am living the healthy lifestyle I have always wanted. Eating healthy foods, getting in regular exercise, and practicing daily reflection. These (relatively) simple steps are what is getting me closer to my goal every day. It’s strange because, on one hand, I totally believe that I will achieve goal with #Freestyle on Weight Watchers. Yet, there is another part of me that just can’t believe it because this is something that has eluded me for so long. Maybe it’s not that I can’t believe it, it’s more like I can’t imagine what that will be like when I finally achieve goal.
I can relate to many parts of this video. I am very clear about my intention with this go around. Truly, I have no doubt that I will get to goal. I also believe that what works for me, may not work for you. But the biggest belief I carry around in my heart is that having a community makes us stronger and is way more fulfilling than doing this alone.
You can do this, so can I, and we can definitely help each other along the way.
