Today I am reading, “Eat What You Love”. This is seen in my featured image and it is a resource I will use again, and again. It is full of great recipes, and tools. It also includes grocery shopping lists and dining out strategies. It begins with a brief explanation of why they changed over to #Freestyle. This program is meant to be easier to manage. I personally, need to track, weigh, and measure my foods. That is a “me” thing, but I digress… back to the materials, I especially liked the pages devoted to mindful eating. If you are a Weight Watcher, pick up this little guide and take a look. It’s very helpful!
Gratitude…
Meet Sadie. She Weight Watchers biggest fan! Whenever I am weighing and measuring my food she gets the “extra” food that I have to take away from my plate! She is the sweetest. She is always glad to see me, she likes to play, and her favorite thing is just snuggling in on my lap I am grateful for her, she helps to make this journey a little bit easier.
I guess I’m writing this because I think it’s important to appreciate all the positive things in my life. Like this morning, I was listening to some Beatles music and it was such a good song, totally worthy of my gratitude. It made my ride in a little nicer.
Gratitude doesn’t have to saved up for something monumental, so I say an enthusiastic “Yes!” to being open to gratitude. When I feel grateful, I feel very connected and powerful. Yes, I am grateful for my family, friends, and yes I am grateful the little things like hearing a great song.
Thank you, for reading!
