My second day of #Freestyle and I have used 18sp. I am still working on getting a handle on the new program. I do feel satisfied and it isn’t that different than what I was doing before. Although, when I went to the grocery store, I did buy some different foods like plain Greek nonfat yogurt that I might not have bought before because it’s a zero point food:
Christmas arrived at our house on a very wintry day. We are all decorated and it really looks beautiful. I went for a walk in the snow today, and I marveled at how beautiful everything looked all decked out in white:
