Day ten feels like a milestone, I’m in double digits and that is a nice accomplishment. I’m reflecting on my day as I snack on some grab-and-go pistachios that I measured out earlier (5sp). I got a really nice message on Connect, that I only saw today. heavens13 gave me a “shout out” because I went to Spin:
A little later in the morning I went food shopping. It was then that I noticed how quickly autumn is advancing. There were bins of pumpkins waiting to be bought outside of the store. I couldn’t do it yet though. It’s still a little too early:
I did a great job shopping, I bought a nice variety of foods, and I’m feeling pretty positive about m situation. I made a lovely lunch (4sp):
The meat on the salad is from Stop & Shop. They make excellent rotisserie turkey breast. I highly recommend you buy. The only thing is, I really didn’t want to spend my points on the skin. Sadie to the rescue, she loves that I joined Weight Watchers:
Later in the day I went to Spinning and I’ve proud of that. My muscles protested a bit, but I did it and kept up with everyone else. I earned 23 FitPoints so that’s awesome:
I still have points left to use, but I’m not hungry. I’m going to listen to my body and call it a night. I’m pretty tired and could use a good night’s sleep.
If you’re reading, thank you. I appreciate this chance to share my story as I strive to get to goal. More to come tomorrow.
